FLORENCE BIENNALE

Vitaloni + Partners at Florence Biennale showcases the architecture and design of Forte dei Marmi.

At the 19th Florence Biennale, Michele Vitaloni brought Vitaloni & Partners' voice to a distinguished talk, alongside some of the most influential names in the international architecture and design scene: Arkea, Lucadini, Elisa Ossino, GUM Design, and Patrizia Archiola, key figures for the industry's major players. Being invited to share the stage with scholars and professionals of such caliber was a great honor, not only personally but also for our entire studio. It is a recognition of a journey of dedication, research, and vision, which from Forte dei Marmi has communicated with the world. During his talk, Michele Vitaloni addressed the theme of architecture and design as cultural acts, explaining how every project can become a bridge between memory and the future, between local roots and international aspirations. Forte dei Marmi was the fulcrum of the narrative: a region that, through projects like Villa Costanza and the regeneration of the former Telecom plant, is transforming into a laboratory of innovation, reflecting new forms of luxury, hospitality, and landscape identity. "Forte dei Marmi is our manifesto. Designing here means preserving a history and imagining the future, with respect and courage." Participation in the Biennale marks a further step in Vitaloni & Partners' positioning as a leading player in the contemporary design scene, where local energy merges with a global vision, creating extraordinary dialogues between nature, materials, and culture.
